The world’s most talked about pole vaulting gala will return in 2024!
Mondo Classic – a full experience for all senses. A creative combination of music, light show and pole vault competition with Mondo and the ten best pole vaulters in the world. The pole vault track is located in the middle between two spectator stands, which creates a unique sense of closeness to the pole vaulters.
February 2, 2023: The first indoor competition in history in which three men cleared 5.91m or higher!
I ‘m really happy that my athletics club, Upsala IF Friidrott, arranges the Mondo Classic pole vault competition. To compete with the world’s best pole vaulters on my home arena in Uppsala, where I have spent so many hours training, means a lot to me. It’s going to be crazy, fun and enjoyable! The sky is not the limit!
